Ingredients
  

  • 0,5 gram ground saffron
  • 1/2 tbsp ground cardamom
  • 100 gramss raisins
  • 4 Eggs
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 200 grams grain rice
  • 300 ml water
  • 700 ml Milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 100 grams Almonds finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 175c
  • Peel the almonds then chop finely
  • Biol the water on medium heat ,add rice and continuously stir it every now and then
    cook on low heat approx 30 min once the water is absorbed,add milk,once the milk is boiling reduce to a simmer. .Porridge is ready and let it cool for fo 30 minutes.
  •  Beat the eggs and beat them into the porridge. Add the saffron, raisins, cardamom and almonds.
     
  •   lightly grease on oven-safedish with butterand pour Bake at 175° for approx. 30 min, or until the pancake has a nice color and the center has set

TIP
 Blackberry jam is good for saffron pancakes. It’s even tastier with fresh, lightly sugared berries.
SUGGESTED DRINKS: Coffee or good juice.
